Community Copies and New Formats

Added a couple of new formats for printed booklets for anyone who wanted I'll Hold Them Off as a zine. In light of this change, I've set a new minimum price for the game rather than keeping it PWYW.
I've also implemented community copies for anyone who wants to play I'll Hold Them Off but isn't in the financial place to invest in a new game.
